For a single attraction, a new precinct or a large park and from a greenfield site to period refurbishment, attractions and parks need a considered and strategic approach. 

The experience of the visitor must be planned through the entire visit.  Just having the "tallest" or the "longest" or the "newest" is not enough. 

People may come once to see the latest thing but to keep them coming back, to get them to recommend you and to develop a brand loyalty, takes an approach to creating a fully immersive and engaging experience
