Passenger Experience Upgrade, Refurbishment and Extensions

The Interstate Rail terminal in Adelaide is unique in that it has entirely tourism based patronage. Separated from the metro services it is seen as a gateway for tourism in South Australia.

We were asked to significantly upgrade the passenger experience in every possible way. After an initial Master Plan, Atomiq provided a substantial upgrade to both the image and presentation of the terminal and also the luggage, passenger management systems, parking and drop off facilities.

We also provided new identity, information and directional signage throughout.

Work continues on the planning of improvements to the broader site including entries, approaches, boundaries, landscaping, urban connections and sustainability options.
